Safety

Every pacifier has been tested using the Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC) standards for pacifiers.

CPSC fulfills its mission to protect consumers against unreasonable risk of injury by developing voluntary and mandatory standards for many different products.
Our pacifiers passed all tests and requirements of the CPSC pacifier standards.
Our pacifiers conform to all safety requirements of ASTM F963.

The nipples in our pacifiers are BPA free and made of silicone. The knob and shield are made of polycarbonate and therefore do contain BPA as it is a component of the plastic. However, the amount of BPA contained falls below the amounts in question in all legislation currently being reviewed.

Care

TO CLEAN: Before initial use, sterilize by placing in boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove immediately, very carefully. Wash regularly. DO NOT put in dishwasher, microwave, or sterilizer unit.

CAUTION: To prevent a possible chocking hazard, carefully inspect pacifier before and after each use.

Test strength of pacifier by pulling on all parts.
IMMEDIATELY dispose of pacifier if it shows any signs of cracks, tears, loose parts, or other signs of wear.

WARNING: Do not tie pacifier around child's neck, as this poses a serious strangulation hazard!
